About the event

We invite you to join us in supporting our fifth annual Stronger Families Safer Kids 5K. As the Designated Child Abuse Prevention Council of Ventura County, our 5K promotes our mission of creating safe, healthy peaceful families. The Partnership is a collaborative non-profit organization with over 20 years of experience providing interagency coordination, networking, advocacy, public awareness and education to prevent child abuse, neglect and family violence across the lifespan.

Our 5K event is on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the oceanfront Oxnard State Park/Mandalay Beach 1601 S. Harbor Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93035. We will be running/walking along the beachside path, noted as one of the top ten beaches in Ventura County. Your support will make this event a success, and you will be joining hundreds of community members dedicated to keeping children safe.
